Based in Decatur, Alabama, Ornametals has produced high-quality copper and zinc products for over two decades. Founded by master coppersmith Guenther Huber, Ornametals now manufactures copper and zinc gutter systems in the United States. Our gutter systems have been featured on high-end homes, churches, institutions and other historical and modern buildings throughout the United States. Continuing a tradition that dates back more than 150 years, we craft our gutter systems, finials and other copper or zinc products from high-grade metal and our custom work involves traditional techniques.
Ornametals was named one of the “Best Trades and Building Specialists 2005” by This Old House magazine and has been recognized by trade publications, GO Gutter Opportunities, Custom Home Magazine and Snips Magazine. Additionally, we were awarded a Gold Circle Award by the National Roofing Contractors Association. Our custom metal work, including the Rauten interlocking tile system, has been selected for use on private homes and public buildings throughout the world. |
